Our CEO (Principal Officer) Mr. Samiran Lahiri, AIII has a vast working experience of over 3 decades in Insurance Industry in India, Mauritius and Nepal. Mr. Lahiri has in past worked in various leadership roles like CEO, Asia Meditech Solutions-Nepal, President- Financial Products Distribution of Peerless Group India, Chief Operations Officer of Rainbow Insurance-Mauritius, Second Officer in command of Oriental Insurance-Nepal under the Foreign Service Cadre of the company among others. Mr. S. Lahiri has handled more than 1,00,000 claims as a property-casualty claims specialist in India, Nepal and Mauritius with exposure in other Asian, European and GCC territories.
He is a speaker on Insurance at various national and international forums and has publications on technical issues of insurance distribution, coverage, claims etc. He advises many large corporates on Insurance matters and is a member of the Expert Committees on Insurance of some of the leading Chambers of Commerce in India, apart from being the member of the prestigious logistics brokers network under the Unison Steadfast networks of International Brokers head quatered in Germany. He is a visiting faculty for insurance lectures at IIM Calcutta, Birla Institute of Management and Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, and many insurance companies of India, Nepal & Bangladesh. His article titled “My name is Claim” featured in India Insurance Report 2023 and was widely appreciated.
