Consultants for Devastating Nepal Earthquake of 2015
PPIB was engaged by various entities as a Consultant for the claims during the devastating Nepal earthquake of 2015 with a magnitude of 7.8 in the Richter scale leaving about 9,000 dead and 22,000 people injured. The claims were negotiated and settled with utmost satisfaction of the clients.
Contractor’s All Risk insurance for Trump Towers project in Gurugram, India
The Contractor’s All Risk policy for the construction of Trump Towers, Gurugram covering an area of 21.3 acres was successfully placed by PPIB comprising 2 towers each with 47 floors.
Marine cargo insurance coverage of UN cargo and others from India to various countries in Africa."
Multiple armoured vehicles, Jeeps and ambulances were insured for their warehouse to warehouse transit from India to various places in Africa. These were U. N Cargoes. In addition, various buses were insured from India to Republic of Congo transit in Ro-Ro vessels. Proper loose control measures were taken and the cargo arrived without any claim.
Kuther Hydroelectric project, Himachal Pradesh
The entire Contractor Plant & Machinery insurance, Fire insurance, Accidental insurance of workmen and many other policies of the prestigious 240 MW Kuther hydroelectric project, Himachal Pradesh were placed by PPIB. Successful claim settlement was facilitated by PPIB during the 2023 cloud burst/ flood incidents.
Facilitation for Marine cum Storage cum Erection insurance for transmissions line in Democratic Republic of Congo.
The entire project insurance policy including workmen insurance for the construction of 66 KV transmissions line, substations and switching stations at the Kiwlu province of Democratic Republic of Congo was placed by PPIB. The coverage arranged was of the highest international standards duly backed by the best Re-Insurance protection.
